Q and A: What are these Dive Computers I hear About?

Like all activities, SCUBA has progressed. The majority of experienced divers use dive computers to monitor their depth, how long they have been underwater, and how much longer they can remain. The advantages of dive computers are obvious. You no longer have to worry about errors in calculations, exceeding the allowable time underwater, or going deeper than planned. Your dive computer will monitor all this for you. While we still teach the proper way to use dive tables, all our Open Water training dives are done with dive computers. For safety we supply each student with their own computer to use for the dives.
